When we started planning the project for our new home, we visited a large number of kitchen showrooms before making our final decision. That being said when we went into Grid 13 we knew immediately that not only we were impressed with the product but also that we could work with both Natalie and her team.
Without doubt they have proven expertise in designing kitchens and nothing was too much trouble during the extensive planning process of not only our kitchens and utility but also our master bedroom suite.
We are delighted with all the Siemens and Miele appliances recommended and installed by them and of course the Quooker hot and cold tap which we believe is a ‘must have’ in every kitchen.
We have now moved into our new home and have been equally impressed with Natalie’s after sales service. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and her team including the fact that because of delays on the building works she had to store all of our goods for an extended period of time.
In conclusion, thanks to all at Grid 13 - we certainly made the right decision in using you for our new home.
