I am writing to you to say a big Thank You for all the help and support we received from you during what could have been a stressful time having our new kitchen.
From the first contact we had with you we were re-assured that we had come to the right place as you were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Time was spent with us during the design stage, taking on board our Ideas and offering suggestions as to how we could achieve our dream kitchen. Updating and amending the drawings many times until I finally made my mind up!
Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of cost, delivery, installation dates and timescales and the kitchen was completed within the agreed timescale.
The attention to detail from start to finish was remarkable and I was particularly impressed with how meticulous both you and Gary were. The customer service was just as high a standard as the quality of the product themselves and I even got my new kitchen professionally cleaned for me which felt a real treat !!
We absolutely love our kitchen and it is everything we hoped it would be so once again – thank You.
