When it came to buying a new kitchen we really had no idea what the fundamental differences were in the products we were looking at. We had established that most of the German kitchens were going to offer us the quality we were looking for but beyond that, what really were the differences between all these manufacturers?
Then we met Natalie. She had the most unbelievable product knowledge in comparison to any of the other designers we met. She listened to our wish list and gave us solutions to all the frustrations we had had with our previous kitchen. Her design skills, visualisation of space and ability to make every inch of the kitchen a working, functional space were utterly invaluable. When you are spending such a large chunk of money in a single room in your house you have to completely trust your designer and that trust we had in Natalie never wavered.
Any problems were dealt with immediately and in the end we were absolutely delighted with our kitchen.
We felt confident that we were spending only what we needed to spend to get our kitchen as we wanted it and were not pressurised to buy gimmicky extras that we didn’t need
The follow up care and attention were second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Natalie and she was a presence on site up until the very end of the project.
She is constantly mindful (even 18 months after installation) of any events at the showroom that may be of interest to us and still invites us to cookery demonstrations, product demos and much more
