We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen, designed, built and overseen by Grid Thirteen. From the moment we first entered the door, we knew that the quality of the kitchen was far superior to any others we had looked at. What we didn’t know, but soon discovered, was that Natalie and her team also offered a very enjoyable customer experience, exciting creative design, top quality of care and impeccable attention to detail.
We were particularly impressed that Natalie came to visit us very early on to discuss the space, and we felt that she really listened to us and designed a kitchen with us (and our particular family needs and wishes) in mind. She made site visits throughout the project and always made time for us if we popped in to the shop. We felt very, very looked after (still do!) and have no doubts whatsoever as to the value and quality we have received.
It goes without saying that we would highly recommend Grid Thirteen to others!
