I have a new project that I'd like to discuss with you, what is your process?

In the first instance, we suggest contacting us to arrange a private viewing of our design studio in North Leeds to explore our furniture ranges and experience many of our working displays. Over a coffee, the design team can discuss your upcoming project and guide you through the latest material options in our sample library. See our 'Experience & Services' page for full details of our process.

How long does the design process take?

Following your initial design consultation, our designers generally require 2-3 weeks to create the best design for your space and requirements, whilst providing a comprehensive quote and full set of visuals to run through with you in your design presentation.

What are your lead times?

Our lead times typically start from 4 months for SieMatic and 6 months for Darling Maeve from the point of order, although the exact time-frame may vary based on the specific project specifications.

How long does installation take?

This varies depending on the scale and complexity of the project, but as a general guide between 3-5 weeks from start of installation to completion.

If you're living in your property whilst the kitchen project is underway, we can provide you with temporary cooking facilities to ease the pressure as we understand the work can be impactful on daily life.

What is the average cost of a kitchen project?

Our kitchen projects typically start at around £40,000 for SieMatic and £45,000 for Darling Maeve, including installation for a full turn-key service, however the total cost can vary significantly based on the scale, complexity, and specific specifications of the project.

Will structural, plumbing or electrical work be required for the project?

The need for structural, plumbing, or electrical work will depend on the specific design in relation to your existing space, our team will assess and discuss these requirements during your initial consultation.

We work on a dry-fit basis, meaning all building, first fix plumbing and electrical work will need to be completed before we start the kitchen installation. We can liaise directly with your trades to answer any queries they may have and provide the required information including service drawings.
