Character Renovation

Residential project

The property is located close to the village of Brandsby in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

BRIEF

The kitchen is envisioned as a space where every element has its place, creating a balanced and calming atmosphere. The use of an achromatic colour scheme, characterised by the contrast between dark wood veneer doors and Farrow and Ball Ammonite panelled doors, creates an impactful yet timeless design. The combination of handless black rails and Joseph Giles bronze edge pulls provides a sleek and modern touch to the cabinetry.

DESIGN

The clients brief was to create a light and airy family living space that would be suitable for different occasions. As big entertainers they wanted the island to be a gathering space and feature a bespoke champagne trough. They wanted a contemporary design that incorporated traditional elements such as the Aga.

PROJECT FEATURES

The project features furniture in high gloss lacquer with Caesarstone quartz work surfaces and subway tiled backsplash, Siemens and Gaggenau appliances with Westin's extraction and Franke hardware.
