The developers wanted to continue the high specification and use of quality materials into the open plan living space. They wanted the kitchen design to be contemporary and multi-functional, incorporating a large central island and co-ordinating media wall.

The project features SieMatic S2 furniture in 'Stone grey' velvet matt with quartz worktops, tinted mirror backsplash, SieMatic imitation wood breakfast bar, dining table and TV panel, Siemens appliances, Westin's extraction and Quooker boiling water tap, with Co-ordinating utility room and media unit.
